1. Agreement to terms

By accessing mayurnimbekar.xyz, any sub domain, batch portal, or purchasing books or e-books from Biology by Mayur Bhaiya, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the services. We may update terms at any time with notice on the website.

2. Services described

• Batches: Live plus recorded video lectures, DPPs, tests, notes, doubt support and mentorship for foundation courses. Schedule, faculty and content sequence may be updated to improve outcomes.
• Books and e-books: Printed handbooks and digital PDFs such as NCERT Nichod, PYQ banks, diagram workbooks and concept maps. E-books are delivered instantly to your registered email or WhatsApp.
• Free content: YouTube live classes, free PDFs and telegram or community updates which remain subject to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service section with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate name, phone, email and class information. For learners under 18, a parent or guardian must consent and supervise purchase and usage.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials for batch portals or e-book access links. Do not share logins. We may suspend access on detection of sharing or piracy.
• One purchase grants access to one learner unless explicitly stated as a family or group plan.

4. Purchases, pricing and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees inclusive or exclusive of taxes and shipping as displayed at checkout. We may change prices, but placed orders remain at the agreed price.
• Payments are processed via trusted third party gateways using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not store full payment instrument details.
• You agree not to use fraudulent means, chargeback misuse or unauthorised payment methods. Suspicious transactions may be cancelled and reported.
• Cash on Delivery, where offered for printed books, may carry additional charges and is subject to courier serviceability.

5. Refunds, replacements and cancellations

• Batches: Due to immediate digital access, batch fees are generally non refundable after access is granted. Specific batch pages may state a cooling off window if offered. Requests within that window are reviewed case by case.
• E-books: Non refundable once download link is issued as the product is instantly consumed. If delivery fails due to technical error, we will resend upon verification.
• Printed books: Eligible for replacement for damage, misprint or wrong item if reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and invoice. Return pickup is arranged where serviceable. Refunds are processed to original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
• Cancellation before dispatch: Contact support immediately. If not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund.
• Force majeure: Delays due to courier, natural events or government restrictions are not grounds for penalty beyond replacement or refund at our discretion.

To request refund or replacement email hello@domainhogayahan.sir with order ID, registered phone and reason.

6. Intellectual property

All content including videos, notes, PDFs, diagrams, question banks, website design and branding Biology by Mayur Bhaiya and Mayur Nimbekar name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non transferable, non sublicensable licence for personal, non commercial study only.

• Do not copy, reproduce, redistribute, record, upload, sell, rent or create derivative works from paid or free content without written permission.
• Do not bypass paywalls, DRM or access controls. Automated scraping or downloading is prohibited.
• Testimonials you provide may be used anonymised or with consent for marketing after approval.

7. User conduct and community rules

• Be respectful in live chats, doubt sessions, comments and community groups. Abuse, hate speech, spam, impersonation or harassment is not tolerated.
• Do not share pirated links, cheat in tests or facilitate unfair means.
• Do not attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the website, batch platform or payment systems.
• Violation may result in warning, mute, suspension or permanent ban without refund for serious or repeated misconduct.

8. Third party services and links

Batch video hosting, payment gateways, analytics, delivery partners, YouTube, Instagram and Telegram are operated by third parties governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their downtime, content or data practices, but we choose partners carefully.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Educational content is for learning support and does not guarantee scores, ranks or admission. See full Disclaimer. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free access but strive for high availability and NCERT accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific batch or book in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss of data damages. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of terms, misuse or infringement.

11. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach terms, engage in piracy or fraud, or if required by law. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions on IP, payments, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, with an initial attempt to resolve amicably via hello@domainhogayahan.sir within 30 days. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
